canadian
add EH to the end of any subject, sentence and youll fit in. for best results so nobody knows youre pretending to be canadian) use Eh only once per subject of a conversation usualy closing the subject out

Hi Angel,
Good afternoon is the same as hello in japanese - "Konichiwa". And Peety, yes I have spelled good morning wrongly. It should be "O-hayou gozaimasu". I have stayed in Japan for more than 3 years and am a bit rusty now.
More japanese:
"Itadakimasu" - just before eating. "Go-chisou sama denutsa" - just after eating - similar to "thanks you for the food".
"kore wa nan desu ka" - What is this ? "Itte rasshai" - see you later(or in a moment). Used for leaving a brief moment and will return.
"Sumimasen" - excuse me or it can also means thanks you. The japanese can differentiate.
"Chotto" - literately means "short" or a polite "no". And it has many others meaning too. Only the Japanese knows which is which.
