Well this wasnt as hard to find as i thought it would be -
Continued from a previous post in the speedies thread -
Missing badges dosnt only affect the mac version of the game - this can be the case in both version 1.2 & 1.3 - its nothing to do with the type of pc you use
I'm not sure how you go about finding the programme files in a mac or in vista but you can download the full badge folder here - the short version description iv posted with this zip is for windows xp users
www.esnips.com/doc/fdc9fa5b-1421-486a-a527-6607f7fba7e7/Mte-Game-Badges---see-description
XP Long Description - download zip to desktop - right clik - clik extract all & redirect destination to desktop - this will place the unzipped badge folder onto yr desktop
Right clik yr Mte game icon - clik properties - clik 'find target' - this takes you to all yr Mte game files & folders
Drag the unzipped badge folder into the assets folder - clik yes if windows asks you if you want to replace the badges folder in it - it will replace the incomplete badges folder in yr game with the downloaded complete badge folder
Close all windows & open yr game - each ranking will appear as you play
I hadnt thought about game crash due to incomplete badge rankings - a good possibility that this could be the problem for a lot of players though
There should be a total of 110 badges in the badges folder in yr game - if yr not sure if the whole lot are there you can check the folder in yr game by doing the following -
Again - these instructions are for XP Users of the game -
Right clik Mte game icon - clik properties - clik 'find target' - double clik the 'assets' folder - double clik the 'badges' folder - you should now see the badges in yr game
(Please refer to yr own computers requirements to get to the Mte 'assets' folder in Vista & Mac)
Enjoy!!
