Snoopy 19 hat mich heute gefragt wo sie in der Weltrangliste zu finden ist. Ich habe sie gesucht und das gefunden. Wie geht das? Snoopy 19 asked me today where she/it is to be found in the world-chart. I looked for her/it/them, and this found. How does this go?

Da soll man doch ein bisschen weiter gucken als der Nase lang ist. An der rechter Seite gibt es auch ein Fach mit ein blauem Pfeilchen. Darüber has du das Bild gestellt.

Ah. Da ist sie einer Hase. Ostern ist gefährlich. Sie hat sich aus dem Weg gemacht. Wird nachher wohl zurückkommen.

If you view players on the Big Fish MTE website, it does look at first glance that everyone is a Bronze Rat. However, this is the default display header for that page. It does not indicate the current badges of any of the players - the view players page defaults to Bronze Rat for the display header.
You can click on a selection box at the top right of the view players page, and select which badge you want to view. The correct badge then displays, showing all the players currently holding that badge in ranking order, from 1 to however many there are holding that particular badge. Also, if you click on find player, the correct current badge that player holds will be viewed correctly in the pop-up window that displays after the player is located. Player badges and ranks are updated every 10 minutes, so your badge and rank should usually be fairly current on the Big Fish MTE web site.
There are currently 329 RLP's listed so far. Hope this information helps you guys out.

Because I don't want to spoil the surprise for the players not wanting to know, I uploaded a xlr file (Works spreadsheet file, works fine with excel) to Esnips. Perhaps you don't know how spreadsheets work. I uploaded the same in a text file: www.esnips.com/web/GerdasOtherStuff First row shows the amount of points, needed to get the next rank. Second row shows the total amount of points needed to reach Lightning rank of each badge from scratch. Thanks for the points info! Now I know, as I progress through the ranks, where I stand based on actual percentage of the total points required to reach Lightning Pig. I've modified the spreadsheet on my computer to show the cumulative totals for every rank. By the way, why did they make a pig, of all things, highest on the scale? Jim

I'm new to how all this works. I first bought 'MAHJONG TOWERS II - The Rise of Shanghai' and somehow it doesn't record my times anymore. So I bought this one. Witch I think is alot better.
One quick question. The rank I have at home isn't the same I see on the web. How can I synchronize the ranks from home to the MTE ranks page. It's been like that for a couple days nom... What gives. I've got the rank of Wild Ox at home here.
One other thing, When I first created my player I entered Home. How do I change that to St. Louis or do I have to start over? Remember, I'm new to this so don't yell at me to loud... :-)

By the way, why did they make a pig, of all things, highest on the scale? Jim Starting creating the game, BFG must have thought: "What animal to start with? Ah, Rat is smallest of all. Lets start with that one". Following the Chinese Zodiac, last animal is Pig. Well, that is what I think.

You do close game the right way, using back and quit buttons? Never close game using the X in the right upper corner. You cannot synchronize the ranks yourself. It should be the same with a delay of 10 minutes. Sorry to say you can not change your location using the same player name. You just cannot change the location name. You have to start from scratch creating a new player. But this new player cannot have the same name. It has to be an original name, not yet used by another or yourself. If you get a warning, that the name already exists, you better think up another Nickname. You can enter trough the warning, but will get in trouble at the rank of Rabbit.

Where is the list of points needed for each rank? how many points are needed to go from lightning Pig to Rarified Lightning PIG? I got to Lightning Pig and now I need 23,000,000 points is that right To become a Newbie, it takes a trial version. To continue it takes an amount of money, a coupon, a birthday, a nice mom, dad, aunt, uncle, granny, granddad or a friend to get the game. To become a Bronze Rat it takes 500 points. To become a Silver Rat it takes 10000 points. To become a Gold Rat it takes 11000 points (10000+1000) To become a Ruby Rat it takes 12200 points (11000+1200) To become a Emerald Rat it takes 13600 points 12200+1400) To become a Diamond Rat it takes 15200 (13600+1600) Ha, ha, did you really think I would type it all in? To rank up, you need the amount of points of the previous rank + 1000 and added to that 200 points more every rank up. Thanks, Gerda - it's really nice to have this info. I used it to come up with a simple equation that calculates the point spread from rank position. Bronze Rat doesn't count, because it doesn't fit the rest of the data. Silver Rat is rank #1, Gold Rat #2, and so on to Lightning Pig, which is #107. The equation is: p = 100 * r * r + 700 * r + 9200. p = point spread r = rank position For example, Fire Dog has a rank position of 96. Its point spread is: 100 * 96 * 96 + 700 * 96 + 9200 = 998000. That's all there is to it! Jim

So can we determine the total number of points required to reach a given rank with a similar equation? You bet! But it's a cubic rather than a quadratic, and is messier:
tp = (100/3) * r * r * r + 400 * r * r + (28700/3) * r + 500
tp = total points r = rank position
For example, using Fire Dog as rank position 96 again:
tp = 33.333333 * 96 * 96 * 96 + 400 * 96 * 96 + 9566.666667 * 96 + 500 = 34096500,
which is, in fact, the total number of points required to reach Fire Dog.

All I know is it won't let me add layouts with my VixxenReigns name so I had to start over with my real name and I have no clue what my username and password were from my old computer a couple years ago even though my old profile is still on here. So I am a Rat....LOL.

Game and Forum are two different things.
In game you can loose your player name for being inactive for too long. But in game you do not need to type in your name and password.
At forum you never loose your name. Staff never banned a member. If you still have access too your email you used for desertmoonfire, I think it is possible to get the password back if you want to.

Ohhhh. I don't even remember which email I used for the other login. I looked and it was almost 2 years ago.
Not sure exactly on the whole rank thing either for the forum. My math brain is temporarily shut down. Then again it is about 5am here and I have yet to go to bed.

I have a few questions. I am a Lightning Pig, about halfway thru. I see comments and don't know what they mean. What is "bumping"? How do you earn 90 stars? Does it start when you become a RLP? Why are some "Quicky LOs" worth so many points? Are they the older ones? alyce Player name: A Riddle (I hope this is the right place to ask.)

You can ask alot of questions in the "Talk of the Towers"...First you can read all about bumping in the thread called "Talk of the Towers"...in there look for the word bumping and grabbing, they mean the same...you can bump anytime you don't have to be any special rank... To get to 90 stars you have to be a RLP.. If you find a quicky LO's with high points, that is when most people want to grab it and play, because it doesn't take long before it goes to low points...after a LO's has been played 10 times and lost to goes to 10,000pts...alot of people will bump a LO up to get those points...which anyone can play, no matter what some say... I sure hope I answered your questions....Please read that thread because it will give you alot of info...
