Were talking about finish bonuses here to me 500 is for: players who do not try to beat MTE! 500: players who do not try to beat MTE. 1,000: players who try but just can't get the concept of MTE. 2,000: players who try and do understand MTE .
3,000: players who try and understand MTE and want to win MTE. 4,000: players who play MTE using a logical mind. 5,000: Experienced MTE players. OK now your poll options you only have to pick from these simple six: 6,000: MTE players that can play any layout and beat it no problem and show no sign of stress. 7,000 to 9,000 4 out of 6 poll options: Enlightened MTE players. 9,500: 5 out of 6 poll potions: Expert masters at MTE. 6 out of 6 poll options: 10,000: 100% master MTE players!

I am going to PM Gerda and ask her what's the lowest the finish bonus can be and still be consider hard! I would like it if all players answered to this question. That is what the poll is about. Thanks for creating Jason. I think a hard layout is 9500 points and up. A < 4 % success layout. I would not post a layout with less points in this board.

I have been wondering about the way in which points are assigned. Lately I have found some very complex sets with, for example, 2500 points while others that appear less complex may have 6 or 7k . As a rule though I think anything with 8k up is hard.

When you first share a layout, it starts at 2500 points. Later once it is played 10 times it goes up in points.
Some times you will find a layout that wasn't played 10 times and the pts will be still down.
I hope this helps.
